Are you ready to stop stressing about food? Something that should bring joy to our lives can often come with so much stress. Bonnie Wilson is a registered dietitian that prides herself in getting to know every individual’s unique history, goals, and challenges to develop personalized and realistic plans for their busy lives. Bonnie considers herself an “anti-diet” dietitian and believes that there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to lifestyle. She will be your personal cheerleader throughout your journey, and you will find her counseling style to be empathetic and non-judgmental.
Bonnie is dedicated to continuing to educate herself about the ever-growing field of nutrition. She has received her Certificate of Training and Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management as well as an additional health coaching certification. She enjoys public speaking and has provided multiple webinars for corporate employees on topics such as gut health, nutrition for physical performance, and diet trends.
