Grace Burton, MS, RDN, LDN
General Healthy Eating, Emotional Eating, Weight Management
Are you tired of counting calories or restricting certain food groups? Grace is an “anti-diet” dietitian who enjoys helping patients work towards a more inclusive, rather than exclusive, diet. She knows that food can and should be both parts nourishing and enjoyable and she educates patients on this too. She likes to help patients improve their relationship with food and learn how to have a balanced diet without food rules. Grace promotes wellness and the fact that overall health encompasses so much more than the number on the scale; she enjoys helping patients make lifestyle changes that improve both physical and mental health.
Grace enjoys working with patients on weight management, emotional eating, and general healthy eating, including managing chronic diseases like hyperlipidemia and hypertension. Her counseling style is laid back, conversational, and non-judgmental.
Outside of her professional life Grace likes to run, play tennis, try new restaurants, read, go to the beach, and watch NC State football and basketball games. She will love to hear about your pets, favorite restaurants, shows, and any races you’ve run in.
